• We will provide a free evaluation of your roof
• Power wash your roof to remove the mold, mildew, minerals and salt deposits
• Replace and repair damaged tiles and metal flashings as needed
• Apply one coat of the bonding sealer
• Apply two coats of the heat-reflective colored paint
• Apply one coat of the waterproofing glaze
• Complete clean-up
