end once your roof is installed. We stand behind every
roof we build with a warranty you can count on! And
the warranty can become a great tool in selling, refinancing,
or even the purchase of homeowner’s insurance.
Re-Roof Warranties (covers workmanship)
For our re-roofs
systems, our labor warranty is ten (10) - fifteen (15)
years with every product we install. Our warranty covers
your roof for any leaks that may occur.
Low Sloped/Flat Roof Warranties (covers
workmanship)
For our low sloped/flat roof systems, our labor warranty
is five (5) years for every product we install. Our
warranty covers your roof for any leaks that may occur.
Manufacturer Warranties (covers defects in the manufacture
of the shingle)
We are certified with the major roofing
manufacturers; therefore we are able to provide you
with the best manufacturer warranties available.
- GAF - Master Elite Certified Contractor-Only
3% of the roofing contractors in the United States
achieve Master Elite status. Our company has been
provided with extensive training materials developed
by GAF technical experts allowing us to stay
current in the latest roof installation techniques. Our
foreman and installers are trained using the GAF
Quality Assurance Roofing Educational Program.
- CertainTeed-Select Shingle Roofer-This is the highest
credential level that can be achieved and earning
this level involves a rigorous process including
several significant educational and accreditation
steps. CertainTeed keeps a record of each Select
Shingle Roofer to ensure that their credentials are
current.
- Gerard Certified Installer-Our installation crews
are factory trained and have completed the Gerard
training program and have been certified to install
Gerard Stone Coated Steel/Metal roofing products and accessories. Cal-Vintage
Roofing crews have over 23 years experience installing
Stone Coated Steel/Metal roof systems.
- Owens Corning- We are a Platinum Preferred Contractor
and Cal-Vintage Roofing is proud to be one of the
126 Platinum Preferred Contractors in the Nation.
The Owens Corning Platinum Preferred Contractor program
is an elite membership group that receives exclusive
advantages, above and beyond those available to Preferred
Contractors. One of those is the ability to sell
the Platinum Promise™ Limited Warranty, which backs
workmanship for twenty five (25) years.
Extended Manufacturer Warranties (covers
workmanship and material)
Our high ranking with the leading roofing manufacturers
allows us to provide extended manufacturer workmanship
warranties to our clients (up to 25 years). Ask a sales
