Production Department
The function of our Production Department is the installation of efficient, top quality roof systems. We are mindful that day-to-day operations are occurring inside the home and attempt to minimize disruption during the construction process. Owners and tenants often commend our crews for their respectful and courteous attitudes while performing a difficult job. The Production Department works directly with the Technical Department and together a detailed construction plan is devised, and all issues are resolved before any construction is started.

		Brent Irick Operations Manager/Reroof & Repair Department As Cal-Vintage Roofing’s Operations Manager for the Reroof and Repair Department, Brent Irick has the overall responsibility for the successful completion of all the reroof and repair projects and is responsible for several ongoing projects at a time. With more than 20 years in the roofing industry, Brent is responsible for ensuring that a coordinated effort occurs to ensure a smooth and successful operation. He is responsible for coordinating the various disciplines that interact on a reroof/repair project such as the production crews, subcontractors, and material suppliers and he communicates with each customer throughout their reroof/repair project. Brent also provides inspection/certification/estimate services to Real Estate and Property Management clients throughout Sacramento. With his vast knowledge of roofing, Brent always provides the best solution to fit the needs of the client and what is necessary to obtain a leak free roof!

		Mike Reynolds Project Superintendent/Production Department A native of Sacramento, Mike started in the roofing industry over 25 years ago as an installer. Mike's responsibilities include direct oversight of the crews during the installation process, quality control adherence to specifications and coordination of our company trailers. He interacts with each customer on every reroof project from start to finish and is the administrator of the safety program including compliance of safety practices and procedures. His thorough knowledge of all roofing concepts guarantees the customer the highest satisfaction.

		James Harlan Technical Manager James has over 6 years of technical construction background including experience in measuring roofs and take offs on building plans for new homes and remodeling projects. Our state of the art roofing software, allows James to provide our Sales Consultants and Production Department with detailed drawings, digital photos, and roof measurements. Our roofing software along with James expertise at measuring, assures our clients will receive thorough specifications, and pricing for their roofing projects.

Roof Installment Team All of our roof installers are employees of Cal-Vintage Roofing. They are all certified by the major roofing manufacturer’s which gives them the expertise and experience needed to install the roof product of your choice.
